I create the kinds of spaces I wish more of us had access to: places to pause, tell the truth, think out loud, and remember that a meaningful life doesn't have to look perfect to be yours.My work is shaped by education, lived experience, and years of paying attention to what helps us live with greater intention... especially through grief, change, identity, relationships, and becoming.
